A job opportunity in our lab: Research Intern/Assistant “Cancer immunoengineering”

Qualifications

Education: BS or MS (In Biomedical Engineering, Cancer Immunotherapy, Cancer Biology, Nanomedicine, Drug Delivery, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related fields)

Skills: Hand on experience in nanoparticle engineering and characterization, flow cytometry, immunostaining, fluorescence/confocal microscopy, RT-PCR, Western Blot, ELISA/Luminex multiplex assay.

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Prepare and characterize lipid nanomedicine (e.g., thin film hydration, size and charge analysis, drug loading and release, high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), morphological analysis).
2. Performs cell culture experiments (e.g., Cell uptake and viability, apoptosis and live/dead assays, fibroblast activation assays, exosome isolation and characterization).
3. Help work with animal tumor models.
4. Analyzes, interprets, summarizes, and compiles data.
5. Participates in publications and presentations as author or co-author.
